Places are nice for 55 plus community. House monthly lot fee is fair. Always putting In new manufactored homes.
Very nice, clean and quiet area for water recreation, bird watching, fishing, or simply relaxing.
Place is quiet and friendly. So happy I moved here. Staff is busy all the time but remain polite. If your looking for a peaceful night on your deck or sitting by the lake with the ducks and geese I would recommend this place.
I think I expected to much when I purchased a house here. The management staff that runs this place and the maintenance staff are rude, miserable and no help. The people that live in the community are very nice and that's the only reason I'm still here. It would be a lot nicer if they hired some new blood and took care of the people who live here. I'm posting this so the management can read this and get off their butts. I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend.
It's peaceful to be here people are wonderful you don't have to worry like I did in Philly I would recommend it to anybody
