James was very helpful in explaining the issue, and I appreciated his thoroughness. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and confidently. I appreciated his attention to detail as we examined all the other units in my building to evaluate all the options and determine what would be best for us.
Work has been fine but I find it unacceptable that they they would call me at 4:30 pm to cancel an appt for the next morning. Then they reschedule for 10 to 1 next day and don't even call to tell me they won't make it till at least 1:45 . Polar Bear Mechanical is getting worse by the day under Oliver ownership.
Miranda in customer service is terrific and our appointment with James was right on time. The work was done thoroughly and professionally. We would recommend to a friend.
I do not recommend this company. Its not actually Oliver, its a company owned by Oliver. I tried to use them as a subcontractor, they confirmed the job with me, and right at the last minute they cancelled with zero explanation. This left both my client and I hanging in the wind, and we needed to push the project date out. Zero professionalism here. If you're worried about whether or not a company will show up, don't use these guys.
